Above is a series of un/graded split stills. My work included brightening up and adjusting the skin tones as well as re-lighting to shape the frame and draw the eye to the contributors. As the interviews were shot against a window, balancing the luma was key to reducing the backlight and ensuring attention is correctly focused whilst retaining as much detail as possible.
