I have a keen interest in business strategy, digital policy, and the way tech and the need for sustainability is remodelling society.

Climate crisis and worker burnout means re-thinking how we provide services. The need for optimising resources, for ensuring our business processes support employees, clients and wider global ecosystem, is paramount.

More recent years have seen an increasingly nuanced and welcome integration of wellbeing into businesses practice. But many organisations are yet to fully recognise the value of eliminating waste from their processes as supporting operational wellbeing of staff.
